I truly enjoyed its amicable and nice employees.
The bedroom was great-sized and beautifully decorated. The location was cosy, to Peles castle, the hotel overlooked garden.

Great-sized and themed room with a terrace, a balcony, and a sofa, loved it. The location was exceptionally nice and cosy - a few steps away from everywhere we wanted to go. Café Irene's Pantry located 1 km away was a nice surprise.
None.

The double room at Casa Ella was cozy and comfortable with a flat-screen TV and a private entrance. I loved the bathrobe and the balcony, which added a touch of luxury to my stay. The room also had an oven, making it convenient for cooking meals. The private bathroom was clean and had slippers, providing a nice touch of comfort. The bed linen and towels provided were of good quality, making for a pleasant night's sleep.
One thing I didn't particularly like was that the room only had a flat-screen TV. Personally, I would have preferred a larger variety of entertainment options.

The room had a cozy and homely feel, making us feel right at home. The flat-screen TV in the room was a great addition for family movie nights. The private entrance gave us a sense of privacy and convenience. The balcony provided a lovely view and a perfect spot to enjoy a cup of coffee. The oven in the room allowed us to cook our own meals, making our stay even more comfortable. The private bathroom with slippers made us feel like we were in a luxury hotel. The room came with bed linen, so we didn't have to worry about bringing our own. The towels provided in the room were a nice touch and added to our convenience.
Personally, I found the flat-screen TV to be a little small, but others might not mind.

We had a great time staying at Casa Ella. Our purpose of travel was to explore the town, and our stay was for a few nights. The building had a nice and friendly atmosphere, giving us a relaxed feeling. We had private rooms, but what we really liked was that each floor and terrace had comfy couches, chairs, and tables where we could sit, relax. Since most guests were out exploring the town during our stay, the sitting areas were quiet and peaceful. Additionally, there were large shared fridges available to store our food and drinks. The host was extremely welcoming and even gave us a bigger room as it was available. On our last morning, they surprised us with some lovely coffee. Considering our budget, Casa Ella was the perfect place for us, although it was a bit of a walk to the town center. However, there was a bus stop just two minutes away if we didn't feel like walking.
